What legal act governs the processing of your personal data?

Your personal data is collected and processed by us in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1), commonly referred to as: RODO. To the extent not regulated by the RODO, the processing of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

Who is the administrator of your personal data?

PIRKO Vieevery.com hereinafter referred to as "vieevery" or "the company", based in Gubin at Kosynierów St., No. 49b, premises 7, 66-620 Gubin processes personal data on the basis of consent expressed by the data subject (i.e. on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter RODO)). At the same time, it is stipulated that vieevery.com shall also be entitled to process personal data in order to protect its legitimate interests where such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, i.e. pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US?

Voluntariness of providing personal data

Your provision of the required personal data is voluntary but is a condition for us to provide services to you (e.g. sending you a newsletter or creating an account).
